Called and Chosen

Are you wearing the right garment? Do you look like you belong to the wedding party?

Jesus gave a parable in Matthew 22 about inviting so many to a wedding and yet those called to the wedding made excuses as to why they couldn't come. So in this same story Jesus is so upset He calls many more, and those invited don't look like those who were called before. Jesus describes that many are called but few are chosen.

We can't look like the world and expect to look like those who will be accepted into the wedding feast when Jesus comes back to get His bride. Some of us are called and yet we are making excuses why we can't have this relationship we are to have with Christ Jesus. He paid for the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. Why wouldn't we want to transform and where the garment of Chosen? Some of us were called to our purpose and then some of us didn't ask for what we are to do and who we are to be for the Lord, in this we are Chosen. Are you going to answer the call to be in a relationship with Jesus so that you are Chosen to stay at the wedding feast?

Remember many are called, few are chosen, I belong to the Chosen because I am in Christ!
